Ans: Since customer satisfaction takes precedence for us, Blue Turban offers a 30-day Return Policy wherein orders purchased can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase, if the order delivered is in damaged condition or in case of a wrong shipment.

Q: Which items make an exception to or cannot be returned under the 30 day policy?

Ans: Blue Turban does not offer returns and/or exchanges if the customer returns goods for the reason of change of mind. Before you plan to return a Blue Turban product, we request you to please spare a minute to understand how our products are crafted. Craft persons handcraft most of our products in Jaipur, resulting in each product being exclusive and different. There may be slight color and design variation in each piece. But before we ship all our products pass through strong quality control channel. Bespoke items for the client may not be considered for return.

Q: How can the returns be processed?

Ans: To return your item(s), please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. Send us an email at info@blueturban.in However, the shipping charges and insurance charges will be borne by the clients in such cases.

Q: If there is any loss or damage during a return shipment, what would be the liability share?

Ans: The protection of your products is solely your responsibility and Blue Turban will not be liable for any loss, theft, or resulting damages whatsoever that may occur, even during the 30 days warranty period. Blue Turban will not be responsible for loss or damage of returned shipments. We cannot be held liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your shipment returned or late delivery or cancellation of your order. We advise that you retain all proof of posting documentation.

Q: Who is to bear the return shipping costs?

Ans: For returning jewellery items the customer will need to bear the costs of shipment and insurance.

Q: Is Blue Turban responsible for the jewellery package, once it is dispatched from their address?

Ans: Upon acceptance of delivery, insurance and protection of merchandise becomes the sole responsibility of the customer. Every order is fully insured in transit.

In case the box is damaged, open the package and inspect it in the presence of the delivery person. The packages are insured for loss and damage. Please call us the moment you find any damage to the merchandise.

Q: Once the final order has been placed, how long does Blue Turban take to deliver the order?

Ans: If the order is placed on a regular business day within working hours, it will most likely begin processing that day. And if the order is placed on a holiday or after working hours on a regular business day, it will begin processing the following business day. A tentative delivery time will be given along with the formal order on email. The exact delivery date shall be provided as soon as your order is ready to dispatch.

Ans: Once the order is confirmed, customer would be provided tracking number of the shipment, which can be tracked at the relevant shipping company.

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of Indian public holidays where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by natural calamities and unavoidable circumstances. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature and proof of ID upon receipt of order. Currently, each order may be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, you shall need to place multiple orders. We make our best efforts to deliver each item in your order within 16 working days of your placing the order, inclusive of processing time. However, in some cases, we may take longer, to ship the order as we may have to produce/procure it.
